Bink

Bink customers wanted a seamless way to be rewarded for their everyday purchases — automatically collecting points and unlocking discounts without the hassle of juggling physical loyalty cards. The goal was to bring every brand together in one digital wallet, cutting clutter and reducing plastic waste in the process. My role was to deliver a Proof of Concept end-to-end: developing a style guide, working closely with the UX research team to interpret user data, and moving from sketches and wireframes through to hi-fi visuals and developer hand-off. The project gave me valuable experience shaping a product from concept to delivery within a cross-functional team. On reflection, if I were to approach this again I would push for a full UX audit up front, partner more deeply with our UX researcher on a structured research plan, and build out a fully fledged design system rather than a style guide. I would also advocate for more rigorous, ongoing testing and take a stronger voice in product decisions to dive further into the detail.
